To have a product or instrument serviced or repaired, you must submit a service tag. A service tag will ensure that your product is repaired in a timely fashion and returned to you properly.
NOTICE: Be sure to pack/ship your instrument properly! We suggest a large sturdy box, plenty of shipping peanuts, and bubble wrap. Do NOT leave anything up to chance when shipping your instrument!
